RETURNS
If you are not thrilled with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within two weeks from the time your order was received.
We accept returns for a full refund (less shipping) to the original form of payment. The shipping costs are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Jewelry must be returned unworn in its original condition, and packaging.
To return an item, please email us at returns@lxjool.com with “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” in the subject line.
Please enclose a copy of your receipt or packing slip with the return and please send your return with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post). We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your return has been received and processed. Please note, while refunds are processed promptly, it may take up to 2 weeks for funds to settle in your account.
Custom-designed, size-altered, and monogramed pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

SHIPPING
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

REPAIRS & RESTRINGING
We offer one complementary repair on all jewelry purchased within one year. After one year, we will gladly repair your Lx Jool item for a small fee. If one of your pieces requires a repair, please email us at sales@lxjool.com with “REPAIR” in the subject line. We will get back to you with the address to send the item. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include your desired return mailing address and email and or phone with your repair. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your repair has been received. Please note that repairs and restrings require 2-3 weeks for completion. Expedited services are available upon request for an additional fee.

RESIZING
We offer size alterations on most pieces of our jewelry. To request a size alteration, please email sales@lxjool.com with “SIZE ALTERATION” in the subject line. We will contact you to determine your proper size and offer a price quote. We ask that you ship all jewelry with an insured courier in a padded envelope or box. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your jewelry has been received. Please note that size alterations require 2-3 weeks for completion.
Expedited services are available upon request for an additional fee.

We use that information to process your order and to enhance your shopping experience. We will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, or email address.
